An article over at CNBC headlines "Artificial intelligence is the latest competition for real estate agents " and makes for an interesting read.
The article mentions that the majority of properties they broker are sub $1m, it does highlight a $44m McMansion sold (a few years ago thou) and mentions a current $55m one, both in Malibu.
